Do it in your Time
We had a pretty interaction with guitars, and I feel this is a more mature example of our musical arranging as a group. I have good memories of playing this one live. I thought it was different than other music going on at the time, because it wasn’t so aggressive; I felt much that was going on musically (at that time) was musical aggression. Also I felt it was necessary, from a male perspective, to subscribe to the female counterpart, the mystical attraction, and take responsive action to the commitments that the two make. This came out by lyric.
On the recording: I think the success of this song is the practice that went into it; there is a guitar arrangement/ vocal arrangement between Torbin and I, and solid bass guitar / drum interaction between Jeff and Pez.
